Rains Inn is situated in the heart of Guwahati at Paltan Bazar. Rains Inn provides an elevated standard of style, contemporary design and décor. The state – of –the art technology, eco friendly material & amenities for commerce, leisure & relaxation makes our hotel in Guwahati an ideal choice for patrons, guests & travelers, whether on business, leisure or holidaying.

We are committed towards the

environment. Our hotel is designed and constructed with energy conservation techniques. Water conservation is very important in our hotel. We have installed ETP plant in our hotel, that recycles the waste water & recycled water is used for flushing, fire fighting & for watering plants.

All our hotel rooms Green Rooms, and are designed to reduce energy & water consumption and use of exhaustible materials is brought to bare minimum.

We have paid lots of attention in selecting construction material for our hotel. All the wood is strictly bamboo, cane or medium density fiber. There is use of insulated glass, which cuts of outdoor sound and heat. We have used acc blocks and cement with fly ash.
